Pricing FAQ

Short answers to the questions we hear most.

Can I change plans?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing portal (Settings → Manage subscription in the app). Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

What happens after the trial?

After 3 days you'll be asked to pick a plan. If you don't subscribe, the app pauses — nothing is deleted: your presets, translations and settings are waiting when you come back.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes. If VidLocalizer isn't a fit, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no forms, no hard feelings.

How does the video limit work?

One video = one unit against your monthly limit, no matter how many languages you translate it into. Localizing one video into 30 languages still uses just 1 unit. Counters reset at the start of each month.

Can I use multiple YouTube channels?

You can connect several Google accounts on any plan and switch between them, but working across multiple channels in production is a Business-plan feature — it also lifts the limits accordingly and adds a dedicated account manager.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Google sign-in uses the official OAuth flow — we never see your password, only a revocable YouTube API token stored on your PC. Transcription runs fully offline on your device, and your videos are never uploaded anywhere except your own YouTube channel.
